It's enriched with a blend of essential oils that stimulate blood-flow to the surface of the lips, flushing and swelling them slightly. Our formula contains moisturizing active ingredients that condition lips, lock in moisture, and give a soft shine. This Lip Plumper hydrates, smoothes, and softens lips with long-lasting comfort.
